Assistant VIC Experience Manager

About the role

The Assistant VIC Experience Manager supports the Senior Personal Shopping Manager in delivering a seamless luxury experience for Ounass Maison clients. This role coordinates front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, ensuring that client journeys, brand partnerships and internal processes meet high standards of service and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Ounass Maison’s commercial strategy, seasonal priorities and activations into detailed operational plans, including resource allocation, appointment scheduling and product readiness.
• Communicate commercial priorities, targets and service expectations to the on‑site team, monitor execution and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive sales performance by tracking metrics such as conversion rates, average transaction value, units per transaction, cross‑selling, upselling and appointment conversion.
• Monitor client acquisition, retention, reactivation, VIC‑tier progression and overall client engagement.
• Ensure compliance with operational and presentation standards while supporting events, technology integration and cross‑functional reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury retail or personal shopping environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sales, client acquisition and retention.
• Ability to coordinate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams and manage operational plans.
• Excellent communication skills to convey priorities and expectations to staff.
