Assistant Vice President - Organizational Development

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead Organizational Development at Aldar Academy. The role will ensure that our teams operate under optimal operating models, structures and responsibilities to support continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design new operating models, structures, roles and RACI maps to address organisational challenges and support post‑M&A integration.
• Conduct data‑driven organisational analyses (spans, layers, grades, workforce distribution) and benchmark against external data.
• Create visually compelling presentations that articulate the need for change and propose solutions.
• Develop work‑plans and communication plans to implement organisational changes.
• Project‑manage change initiatives, coordinating People & Culture and business teams.
• Engage senior stakeholders through interviews and workshops to co‑create solutions.
• Own the workforce planning cycle for a designated entity, defining future workforce requirements.
• Maintain all changes in the OD knowledge‑management system and keep stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Minimum 11 years of experience in Organization Design.
• Strong knowledge of operating‑model, structure and role‑design methodology.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven project‑management experience coordinating cross‑functional teams.
