Assistant/Associate Professor – Public Health & Healthcare Leadership

About the role

Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dedicated academic professional to join the College of Health Sciences at its Al Ain Campus. The Assistant/Associate Professor will contribute to the growth of public health and healthcare leadership education through teaching, research, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in public health and healthcare leadership.
• Advise and mentor students, supporting their academic and professional development.
• Participate in curriculum design and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty members and report to the Dean to align activities with the college’s mission.
• Engage in scholarly research and contribute to the university’s reputation for excellence.

Required profile

• Relevant advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) in public health, healthcare leadership, or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality teaching and student mentorship.
• Evidence of scholarly activity, such as publications or research projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an academic environment.
