Associate Account Executive – Abu Dhabi Public Sector

About the role

MongoDB is looking for an ambitious Associate Account Executive to drive sales within the Abu Dhabi public sector. Based in Dubai and working in a hybrid model, you will help organisations modernise their workloads, adopt AI‑enabled applications and leverage MongoDB Atlas across multi‑cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Prospect strategically to CTOs, engineering and IT leaders, and technical end‑users.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and account planning.
• Build strong relationships that create growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Professional Services and channel partners to maximise deal size and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales enablement trainings, including the Sales Bootcamp and advanced sales methodology programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of quota‑carrying experience in a SaaS company serving the Abu Dhabi public sector.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
• Competitive, driven and already residing in the UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic.

Required skills

• SaaS sales experience.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN or Challenger Sales methodologies.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, databases and open‑source technology.
