Associate Asset Management – Residential & Commercial

About the role

The Associate Asset Management professional will support the performance of residential and commercial assets through rigorous analysis, reporting and execution support. The role focuses on monitoring key financial and operational metrics, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive value‑creation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor asset performance indicators such as NOI, occupancy, rental growth and operational KPIs.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and variance analyses for management decision‑making.
• Track leasing activity, renewals, expiries and tenant trends; conduct market research and benchmarking.
• Support asset enhancement, repositioning and CAPEX tracking, preparing financial and commercial analyses.
• Coordinate with property managers, external operators and JV partners to ensure service KPIs are met.
• Provide AI‑driven insights, forecasting and market intelligence to inform leasing, pricing and retention decisions.
• Assist with ESG, sustainability data collection and compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in real‑estate asset management, finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Proficiency in preparing clear reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
