Community Engagement Manager

About the role

The Community Engagement Manager at Abu Dhabi Food Hub (ADFH) ensures operational integrity, safety and compliance of the live market environment. Acting as the primary client‑facing representative, the role embeds a safety‑first culture and safeguards the hub’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily market operations to maintain cleanliness, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Promote and enforce a safety culture among tenants, clients and contractors, including training and induction.
• Oversee outsourced service providers, enforce SLAs and manage performance deductions to control operating costs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and clients, handling operational concerns and facilitating onboarding.
• Implement strategies to protect revenue, prevent incidents and support continuous market activity.
• Prepare regular reports on operations, contractor performance and compliance metrics, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in contract management, property management services, civil engineering or project management.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
