Associate Consultant – Aviation Planning

About the role

WSP is looking for an Associate Consultant to support concept‑level airport planning and functional spatial design across major aviation projects in the Middle East. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, efficient, and sustainable airport facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing concept‑level airport master plans and functional layouts.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and present design solutions.
• Support the preparation of design documentation and project deliverables.
• Contribute to business development activities and help win new aviation projects.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Strong interest in aviation infrastructure and airport design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
