About the role
We are looking for a fresh graduate or early‑career data analyst to join our Builders Program. The role blends data analysis and data engineering, turning raw data into trustworthy, well‑modeled datasets that support self‑serve analytics and AI‑assisted insights across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Model and transform data for analysis.
- Build and maintain clean, reusable fact and dimension tables.
- Contribute to a scalable metrics layer by defining, documenting, and aligning business definitions (e.g., “active user”, “approval rate”).
- Support analytics and decision‑making processes.
- Answer ad‑hoc data questions from cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or up to two years of experience in data analysis or engineering.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, measurement, trade‑offs and result validation.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, product experts, and business stakeholders.
- Interest in responsibly using AI to accelerate work while ensuring data quality.
