Associate Data Analyst - Builders Program

About the role

We are looking for a fresh graduate or early‑career professional to join Tamara’s Builders Program as an Associate Data Analyst. In this role you will blend data analysis and data engineering to turn raw data into trustworthy, AI‑ready datasets that power self‑serve analytics across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Model, transform and clean raw data to create reusable fact and dimension tables.
• Build and maintain a scalable metrics layer, defining and documenting business definitions such as “active user” or “approval rate”.
• Support analytics and decision‑making by providing accurate, high‑quality datasets.
• Answer ad‑hoc data queries and create clear, actionable insights for product, engineering and business teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, product experts and business stakeholders to ensure data consistency and reliability.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to two years of experience in data analysis or engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, measurement and validation.
• Curious, driven and able to think clearly about trade‑offs and data quality.
• Willingness to use AI tools responsibly while maintaining correctness.
