Associate Director – Crisis Management & Business Continuity

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a UAE National Associate Director to lead crisis management, business continuity, health, safety and governance across its school network. The role ensures the organisation operates safely, maintains continuity, and responds effectively to incidents, supporting the educational goals of Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the enterprise crisis management framework, including activation, escalation and stand‑down procedures.
• Lead crisis response efforts and coordinate cross‑functional teams during incidents.
• Develop and maintain the Business Continuity framework with 24/48/72‑hour response readiness.
• Oversee health, safety and occupational health frameworks across all Aldar Education entities.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and safeguard students, staff and assets.

Required profile

• UAE National with extensive experience in crisis management, business continuity or health & safety.
• Proven ability to design, implement and govern enterprise‑wide risk frameworks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the education sector.
