Associate Director IT & Digital for Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce

About the role

Nestlé is seeking a senior IT professional to act as a strategic partner for its Marketing, Sales and E‑commerce teams in Dubai. The Associate Director will drive digital transformation, delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance consumer experience and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between IT/Digital and Marketing, Sales, and E‑business functions, translating business needs into technology road‑maps.
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of marketing technologies, CRM systems, field‑sales tools and e‑commerce platforms.
• Prioritise and execute digital use‑cases that generate growth and competitive advantage.
• Champion change management, adoption of new processes and a digital‑first culture across the region.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and local market stakeholders to ensure consistent application of global solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
• 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on Marketing, Sales and E‑business.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering measurable business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; FMCG experience is a plus.
