M365 Engineer – Onsite in Abu Dhabi

About the role

Tech ECS Limited is seeking an experienced M365 Engineer for an onsite position in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on administering Microsoft 365 services, managing enterprise cloud environments, strengthening identity and security controls, automating administrative tasks, and maintaining reliable collaboration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
• Configure and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.
• Manage identity and access using Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administrative automation.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender, Purview, Data Loss Prevention, and Conditional Access policies.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain a secure, reliable, and high‑performing Microsoft 365 environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified: MS‑102 certification.
• Strong hands‑on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, PIM, PowerShell, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, DLP, and Conditional Access.
