Associate Director – Sourcing (Marketing, IT & Corporate Services)

About the role

Dubai Holding Group Services is seeking an experienced sourcing leader to serve as Associate Director – Sourcing for Corporate Services. The role oversees strategic sourcing for Marketing, IT and Corporate Services, driving innovation, efficiency and measurable value across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies across Marketing, IT and Corporate Services.
• Oversee spend analysis, market intelligence, cost assessments, contract development and supplier relationship management.
• Guide the team to follow standardized sourcing processes and governance.
• Deliver cost‑optimization initiatives and value‑creation projects.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Integrate market insights into sourcing plans and supplier strategies.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with budgets and frameworks.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Solid experience in one or more categories: Marketing, IT or Corporate Services.
• Experience in large‑scale procurement organisations or leading consultancies is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field (CIPS or Project Management certifications preferred).
• 10–12 years of relevant experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
