Associate – Ethraa Graduate Program for UAE Nationals

About the role

The Ethraa Graduate Program is designed to develop future banking leaders from the UAE. Selected associates will start in a full‑time position and then join a six‑month structured training journey at the Emirates Institute of Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Work across critical banking functions such as Wealth Management, Treasury, Compliance, IT, or Risk Management.
• Participate in the three‑phase training program: Foundation (banking basics), Specialization (chosen domain), and Certification (international professional qualifications).
• Engage in hands‑on projects, receive continuous coaching and mentoring, and contribute to real‑world banking initiatives.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a Family Book; male candidates must have completed National Service.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Banking/Finance preferred) with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Graduating in 2025 or later; fresh graduate or less than one year of experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
