Associate Financial Trainer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Fitch Learning is seeking an Associate Financial Trainer who can deliver high‑quality finance training programmes in Arabic. The role involves designing, preparing and presenting course material to banks, financial institutions, regulators and multilateral organisations across the MEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions in Arabic on a range of financial market topics.
• Review existing course content and contribute to the development of new training material.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of course objectives, participant needs and learning outcomes.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit both in‑centre and remote delivery formats.

Required profile

• Prior experience in lecturing, tutoring or professional training.
• Extensive experience in financial markets within a bank, insurance company, asset manager or similar institution.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, with a passion for education.
• Fluent in Arabic and able to prepare and deliver training material in Arabic.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency for teaching and material preparation.
