Associate – Global Private Markets (Dubai)

About the role

This full‑time associate position is based in Dubai and focuses on the global private markets space. You will work on deals from sourcing through execution, gaining exposure to leading private equity, buyout, growth equity and private credit funds across the United States and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and execute private market investment opportunities.
• Participate in all stages of the deal process, including due diligence, financial analysis and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with senior team members and external fund managers across Europe and the United States.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring and reporting for both fund commitments and co‑investments.

Required profile

• Experience in investment banking or private markets at a leading institution.
• A degree from a top‑tier university.
• Strong motivation to live and work in Dubai on a full‑time basis.
