About the role
Parsons is seeking an Associate Highway Design Engineer to join its Dubai team. The position offers a developmental environment where you will apply basic engineering techniques to road and highway design, while gaining exposure to project controls, procurement and construction management.
Key responsibilities
- Perform highway engineering duties, including design and analysis of road projects using engineering principles.
- Participate in a structured rotational program covering project controls, procurement, construction management and various engineering disciplines.
- Utilize CAE/CAD tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads for design work.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1 + years of experience in highway design or engineering; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction sites as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Proficiency with Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads.
