Project Manager - Roads & Infrastructure

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of turnkey roads and infrastructure projects from inception through completion, ensuring cost, schedule, quality and safety objectives are met. You will coordinate with construction managers, subcontractors and internal teams to drive project performance and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project cost, schedule and performance, overseeing planning, contract administration and execution.
• Track job costs, billing, change orders and claims, and ensure accurate collection of field data such as timesheets and daily reports.
• Review and approve subcontractor payment applications and monitor subcontractor deliverables for quality, safety and program adherence.
• Conduct regular status reviews of submittals and coordinate with construction managers to resolve site issues promptly.
• Implement best practice project management procedures and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the estimating function, overseeing job selection, scheduling and review to support accurate cost forecasting.
• Promote a zero‑accident safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety codes and company policies on site.
• Provide monthly project status reports, including cost‑to‑complete figures and technical analysis to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering turnkey roads and infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years in a similar project management role within the United Arab Emirates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSc).
