About the role

Parsons is seeking an Associate Highway Design Engineer (UAE National) to join its Dubai team. The position offers the chance to work on road and highway design projects while developing a broad engineering skill set within a supportive, rotational program.

Key responsibilities

Apply basic engineering techniques to design and analyse road and highway projects.
Participate in a structured rotational program covering project controls, procurement, construction management and multiple engineering disciplines.
Utilise CAE/CAD tools for design tasks and support project documentation.
Travel or relocate as required to supplier, client, or construction sites.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 1 + year experience in highway design or engineering; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of other engineering fields such as electrical or mechanical engineering.

Required skills

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience using Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads.
