Associate Key Accounts – Dubai

About the role

Astellas Pharma is seeking an Associate Key Accounts professional to drive sales of its oncology portfolio across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The position is field‑based with a hybrid working model, allowing time in the office and remote work in line with the company’s flexibility guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profitable sales growth targets for the assigned oncology portfolio and geography.
• Develop and execute account‑level business plans, forecasts and performance metrics, including budget accountability.
• Engage payer stakeholders and procurement teams to streamline access and overcome reimbursement challenges.
• Organise and lead high‑impact meetings and clinical discussions with key opinion leaders and healthcare organisations.
• Shape brand perception, unlock treatment opportunities and ensure on‑label utilisation of Astellas products.

Required profile

• Individual contributor responsible for the Dubai and Northern Emirates territory.
• Reports directly to the Business Lead for UAE.
• Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics and the healthcare payer landscape.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships with HCPs and payer organisations.
