Associate Manager - Sustainability

About the role

The Associate Manager – Sustainability will support IFFCO’s regenerative agriculture and wildlife conservation initiatives across key value chains and markets. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop, coordinate, and measure the impact of projects that enhance biodiversity and promote sustainable farming practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing targets and time‑bound action plans for regenerative agriculture and wildlife conservation projects.
• Coordinate implementation of regenerative agriculture practices across the olive‑oil value chain and extend learnings to other key crops.
• Identify and co‑develop wildlife conservation projects in target markets (KSA, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia) and manage their execution with partners.
• Collect, compile, measure, and report progress and results of all sustainability projects.
• Support internal communication decks and external sustainability storytelling for both agriculture and biodiversity initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience in agricultural or environmental projects, preferably with exposure to value‑chain management.
• Strong understanding of sustainability concepts, regenerative agriculture, and biodiversity conservation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and internal stakeholders.
