Associate Product Operations Specialist

About the role

The Associate Product Operations Specialist supports operational excellence across the Product Group, working closely with Product Management, Technical Services, R&D, Marketing and Customer Service. The role blends process ownership, system administration and project support to enable high‑impact product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer assigned product programs, processes and tracking systems.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring requests, approvals, documentation and workflows are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain operational processes such as item creation, product information management, sample programs, field trials, material returns, product exits and UPC management.
• Monitor program performance, identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Create and update process documentation, SOPs, forms, reports, dashboards and knowledge repositories.
• Provide stakeholder support, answer queries and resolve process‑related issues.
• Coordinate activities across Product Management, Technical Services, R&D, Marketing, Customer Service and Manufacturing.
• Collect, validate and report program data to enhance decision‑making and visibility.
• Support implementation, administration and continuous improvement of business systems such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, SAP, SafetyCulture and Scribe.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardise and streamline workflows.
