Associate Program Manager – Everyday Essentials

About the role

Amazon is looking for an Associate Program Manager to help expand its Everyday Essentials (EE) portfolio across the MENA region. You will work on selection, marketing, and product program integration to drive growth, improve customer acquisition, and enhance the selection framework.

Key responsibilities

• Drive selection strategy by streamlining tracking, analyzing streams, and building automated identification mechanisms for both consumables and non‑consumables.
• Partner with marketing teams to create tracking mechanisms, ensure parity of effectiveness across categories, and develop playbooks for non‑CL EE items.
• Support product program integration by overseeing technical implementation, ensuring seamless system integration, and measuring performance.
• Lead geographic expansion across MENA‑TR locales, develop market‑specific strategies, coordinate localization, and create scalable expansion frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic.
