General Manager – Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, commercially‑driven General Manager to lead Al Mohr Auto Spare Parts LLC in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth and steering the business toward its next phase of expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring all departments meet performance targets.
• Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets and growth strategies.
• Drive sales and business development, acquiring new customers and strengthening existing relationships across garages, workshops, retailers and fleet operators.
• Manage supplier relationships, inventory control and financial performance, reporting regularly to the owner.
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive spare parts or aftermarket industry.
• Strong knowledge of American and Japanese vehicle parts.
• Proven leadership experience managing people, suppliers, inventory and finances.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
