Associate Relationship Manager – Banking

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of small to medium‑sized clients within the non‑profit segment, handling the full client lifecycle from onboarding to service delivery while meeting financial targets and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire new‑to‑bank customers, building a pipeline of prospects.
• Achieve liability growth, fee income, and cross‑sell targets.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with assigned lower‑tier clients.
• Oversee end‑to‑end account opening, KYC documentation, and service request coordination.
• Ensure adherence to ADIB policies, Sharia requirements, and Central Bank regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records, document meeting notes, and monitor portfolio performance.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• 3‑5 years of banking experience, preferably in corporate or SME segments.
• Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and ability to manage multiple service requests.
• Sales orientation combined with operational discipline.
• Effective time‑management and follow‑up skills.
