About the role
Deutsche Börse is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to develop and grow its client base in the Dubai market. The role focuses on building strong relationships with banks and financial institutions while ensuring compliance with KYC, AML and internal procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate, establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collect and upload full KYC documentation, monitor AML/CFT compliance and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
- Achieve targets for new relationships, revenue growth, cross‑selling and personal development.
- Identify business opportunities and risks, raise them to the line manager and record them in the CRM.
- Prepare proposals, product presentations and support the onboarding process from initial contact to account activation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as compliance, credit, middle‑office and product teams throughout the client lifecycle.
- Handle escalated client queries and ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience in securities or banking, preferably in a custodian bank or securities house.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent English; Arabic or French is a plus.
