Audit Supervisor – IGH Audits (FY25) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Audit Supervisor specializing in IGH audits to join our Dubai team for the FY25 hiring session, starting on October 1st, 2024.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and finalising IGH audit assignments for manager/partner review.
• Produce work for review, highlight issues and propose solutions.
• Manage client deliverables and attend meetings.
• Conduct strategic analysis and identify business and audit risks in the IGH sector.
• Assess effectiveness of client processes and controls within the IGH industry.
• Perform higher‑risk and non‑routine audit functions.
• Provide day‑to‑day management of junior team members.
• Ensure application of KPMG Audit Manual/Methodology and relevant industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent; ACCA (minimum 9 papers), CPA (2 papers) or ICAEW professional stage.
• 3+ years postgraduate experience, recent IGH audit experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts related to the IGH sector.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken, written, reading).
