Automation Engineer L4

About the role

We are looking for an Automation Engineer (Level 4) to design, develop, test and maintain automation solutions that improve efficiency across our technology stacks. The role will work closely with product owners, development teams and stakeholders in Dubai to deliver robust, reusable automation frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse software requirements and current architecture to define automation strategies.
• Design, develop and simulate automation products, including test plans, test cases and usage scenarios.
• Build and maintain reusable automation libraries and frameworks for horizontal use across business lines.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to integrate automated testing for functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Track defects, manage bug‑fixes and maintain a comprehensive defect database.
• Implement and update automated testing tools, ensuring coverage and efficiency.
• Provide technical documentation, specifications and resolve complex design issues.
• Communicate progress and issues with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of software development life‑cycle and automation testing concepts.
• Experience working with Agile teams and delivering automation solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to analyse system interdependencies and propose scalable automation architectures.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
