Automotive Parts Procurement Officer – Classic Cars Garage

About the role

Apt Resources is seeking an Automotive Parts Procurement Officer to support a prestigious luxury classic‑car studio in Dubai. The role involves managing the full procurement cycle for parts, restoration materials and workshop supplies, ensuring high‑quality, authentic components are available on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement of automotive parts, tools, equipment and services.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers for classic‑car components and restoration materials.
• Negotiate quotations, pricing and terms to secure cost‑effective agreements.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to avoid shortages or excess.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive procurement, preferably with luxury or classic vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive components, spare parts and workshop materials.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with procurement or inventory management systems.
