B2B, Key Accounts & Business Development Manager – MEA

About the role

Valvoline Global Operations is seeking a B2B, Key Accounts & Business Development Manager for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. Reporting to the General Manager MEA, you will drive profitable growth by leading business development, managing strategic key accounts, and expanding commercial partnerships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional B2B and key‑account strategy for MEA markets.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with strategic customers and fleet operators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and multinational key accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing frameworks, and long‑term partnership contracts.
• Prepare annual business plans and growth strategies for key accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of relevant experience in B2B sales, key‑account management or automotive aftermarket.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the MEA region.
• Ability to work independently and report to senior management.
