Backend Developer – Node.js & NestJS (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance server‑side applications. You will primarily work with Node.js and NestJS, while also leveraging .NET expertise for integration with existing enterprise services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, ensuring security and performance.
• Design, optimise, and integrate relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, applying caching and asynchronous processing techniques.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
• Write unit, integration, and API tests; participate in automated testing pipelines.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain version control (Git, GitHub) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience collaborating in cross‑functional teams.
