Backend .NET Developer

About the role

The Backend .NET Developer will design, develop, test and maintain high‑performance server‑side applications and APIs using the .NET ecosystem. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure that backend services are secure, scalable and reliable, supporting modern enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain server‑side applications with .NET/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
• Create secure, scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, business analysts and solution architects.
• Write clean, reusable code following best practices and conduct code reviews.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise performance of backend services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and testing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 3–8 years of professional experience in .NET backend development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• C# programming language.
• .NET Framework.NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs.
• Microsoft SQL Server and database development.
• Version control with Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (preferred).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines and Docker containers (preferred).
