About the role

We are looking for a motivated Baker / Designer to join our chocolate production team in Ajman. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about baking, chocolate making and eager to develop their craft in a professional kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare dough, batters and chocolate mixtures according to established recipes.
Shape, bake, and decorate pastries, cakes and chocolate confections.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas.
Assist in the development of new chocolate designs under supervision.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and report any shortages.

Required profile

Strong interest in baking and chocolate making.
Willingness to learn company recipes and production methods.
Responsible, organized and eager to acquire new skills.
Fresh graduate or candidate with no prior professional experience.
