About the role
We are looking for a motivated Baker / Designer to join our chocolate production team in Ajman. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about baking, chocolate making and eager to develop their craft in a professional kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dough, batters and chocolate mixtures according to established recipes.
- Shape, bake, and decorate pastries, cakes and chocolate confections.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas.
- Assist in the development of new chocolate designs under supervision.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and report any shortages.
Required profile
- Strong interest in baking and chocolate making.
- Willingness to learn company recipes and production methods.
- Responsible, organized and eager to acquire new skills.
- Fresh graduate or candidate with no prior professional experience.
