Bakery Commis 1 – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Bakery Commis 1 will join the award‑winning bakery team at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, a Forbes Five‑Star luxury hotel. You will assist in preparing and presenting premium pastry and bakery items while upholding the hotel’s high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the bakery team in daily production of breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and garnishes according to established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Ensure consistent product quality, portion control, and visual appeal.
• Assist with inventory checks and proper stock rotation.
