About the role

The BandF Service Expert at W Hotels in Dubai will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive food and beverage service. Working on the restaurant floor, you will ensure every interaction contributes to a seamless and enjoyable meal.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Serve guests promptly, answer menu questions, and address special requests.
• Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold quality controls.
• Handle physical tasks such as standing for long periods, moving items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level.
• Verify menu information visually and ensure correct presentation of dishes and beverages.
• Keep work areas and service supplies tidy throughout the shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
