Banking Sales Professionals – Relationship Officer to Manager

About the role

Credit Market is seeking experienced banking sales professionals to join its Dubai team. The positions cover Relationship Officer, Senior Relationship Officer and Relationship Manager levels, focusing on acquiring new clients and promoting a range of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Market and cross‑sell retail and commercial banking products such as credit cards, personal and business loans, bank accounts, POS machines and mortgages.
• Prospect corporate and individual leads, deliver client presentations and build a strong pipeline of relationships.
• Assess client financial eligibility, gather required documentation and manage the approval process.
• Achieve individual sales quotas and incentive targets set by management.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to secure renewals and generate referral business.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recent hands‑on UAE banking sales experience.
• Professional business attire and ability to present banking solutions confidently.
• Must provide an updated CV and six months of UAE bank statements showing regular salary and commission deposits.

Required skills

• Proven ability to pitch and sell banking products.
• Strong negotiation and client acquisition capabilities.
• Knowledge of UAE banking compliance and documentation requirements.
