About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Commis 2 (Banquets) at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by preparing high‑quality dishes and supporting banquet operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and conduct quality control and inventory checks.
- Inspect and finalize plates before service to meet presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace following food safety protocols.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
