About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Commis 2 (Banquets) at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by preparing high‑quality dishes and supporting banquet operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and conduct quality control and inventory checks.
Inspect and finalize plates before service to meet presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace following food safety protocols.
Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
