Banquet Driver – Full-Time

About the role

The Banquet Driver will support the Guest Service team at Aloft Abu Dhabi, ensuring smooth banquet operations and a memorable dining experience for guests. This full‑time position involves a mix of service, coordination, and physical tasks in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Communicate orders and special requests between the kitchen and service staff.
• Serve guests, replenish stations, and maintain a clean work area.
• Transport, lift, and move equipment and supplies (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance).
• Follow health, safety, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
