Cabin Crew – Full‑time, Abu Dhabi

About the role

Join Etihad’s award‑winning Cabin Crew team in Abu Dhabi and represent the airline in the sky. You will create memorable guest experiences, ensure passenger safety, and develop a clear career path toward senior cabin positions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑flight service to guests across all cabin classes.
• Maintain safety and security procedures, including emergency equipment handling.
• Assist passengers during boarding, de‑boarding, and throughout the flight.
• Collaborate with the flight deck and ground teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold Etihad’s brand standards and appearance while in uniform.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Height of at least 163 cm.
• High school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Ambitious, passionate about travel and customer service.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
