About the role
We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our Food & Beverage team at JW Marriott Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a memorable guest experience through high‑quality coffee service and attentive hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service area.
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage role.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb for extended periods.
