Barista – Dubai Marina

About the role

Join Mina's Kitchen as a Barista, delivering memorable coffee and beverage experiences to guests in Dubai Marina. You will be part of a Guest Service team that creates a welcoming atmosphere while upholding the high standards of Marriott Westin hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and service stations.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Ability to read and verify menu information.
