Barista / Front of House Team Member

About the role

Casa Vero, a new casual Italian restaurant in Expo Village, Dubai, is seeking an experienced and reliable Barista to join its Front‑of‑House team. The role combines coffee preparation with broader service duties, requiring flexibility across the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing espresso‑based drinks, iced drinks and other beverages
• Taking customer orders and operating the POS/counter
• Running food and drinks to tables
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service
• Keeping the coffee station, counter and FOH areas clean and organized
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Monitoring FOH inventory and restocking supplies
• Supporting the service team during busy periods

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, grinder adjustment, milk steaming and coffee equipment
• Previous restaurant or café experience
• Ability to multitask between barista, counter and food‑running duties
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized and proactive
• Team player
• Able to commute reliably to Expo Village, Dubai
