GRMS Technician – Luxury Resort

About the role

The GRMS Technician will ensure the reliable operation of Guest Room Management System hardware and software across the resort, supporting seamless guest experiences and maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and program all GRMS components and cabling.
• Perform preventive maintenance on GRMS equipment and servers to ensure optimum performance.
• Respond promptly to health, safety and guest service requests.
• Maintain daily logbooks, shop drawings, programming files, equipment catalogues and tagging directories.
• Complete work orders, report hazards and participate in emergency response as directed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience using spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Knowledge of hotel technology principles and practices.
• Ability to present information and build consensus with management and colleagues.
