Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day beverage operations, ensuring high‑quality service for all guests.
• Create and maintain a dynamic beverage menu focused on specialty coffees, rare teas, and custom infusions.
• Train and mentor the restaurant team on coffee preparation, latte art, and overall beverage knowledge.
• Maintain strict quality‑control standards and uphold health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee and artisanal beverages with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality setting.
• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience.
