Front Desk Receptionist – Luxury Salon (Walk‑In Interview)

About the role

Grand Flora Group is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist for its luxury salon in Dubai. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the salon visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations and client schedules using the salon’s system.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries and other customer requests.
• Coordinate with hairstylists, nail technicians, therapists and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Explain salon services, packages, promotions and pricing, and support upselling and cross‑selling of services and products.
• Address client concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client information and booking records.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas organized and presentable.

Required profile

• Previous front‑desk or reception experience in a salon, spa or beauty centre, preferably in a busy or premium environment.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, positive personality and confidence in dealing with diverse clients.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with ability to recommend services and products.
