Barista – Mina Brasserie

About the role

The Mina Brasserie at Four Seasons Dubai International Financial Centre is seeking a skilled Barista to deliver premium coffee, tea and beverage service to hotel guests and lounge patrons. You will work in a boutique‑style setting, upholding the brand’s luxury standards while creating memorable experiences for a diverse, international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, cappuccino, tea and other specialty drinks following Four Seasons recipes and quality standards.
• Operate the hotel’s point‑of‑sales (POS) system to record orders, confirm special requests and ensure accurate billing.
• Provide detailed descriptions of each beverage’s origin, taste profile and preparation method to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure all equipment is serviced and stocked.
• Collaborate with lounge servers and kitchen staff to coordinate timely service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sales) systems.
• Expertise in coffee brewing, espresso machine operation and tea preparation.
