Beauty Consultant – Tom Ford Boutique (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Beauty Consultant to join the Tom Ford Boutique at Dubai Mall. In this full‑time position you will deliver premium beauty experiences to a discerning clientele, driving sales and reinforcing the Tom Ford brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, advising clients on product ranges that suit their needs.
• Demonstrate product usage, makeup techniques and benefits of Tom Ford cosmetics.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, stock replenishment and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Handle new product launches, promotions and post‑launch sales tracking.
• Generate daily sales reports and monitor sell‑out performance.
• Participate in incentive programmes and contribute to a high‑standard guest experience.

• Strong grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess customer needs.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Flexibility to work on‑site at the Dubai Mall boutique.
