About the role
The Bell Attendant – Concierge at Westin Dubai is a Guest Experience Expert who creates memorable, seamless stays for guests. You will be empowered to move throughout the property, respond to guest needs, and ensure every interaction feels part of a unique experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, guiding visitors through check‑in, stay, and departure.
- Process operational tasks, address guest requests, complete reports and share local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding quality standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
